You can book a session by contacting us through our contact form or by phone. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and EFTPOS. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due on the day of the session or upon delivery of images.
Yes, we travel throughout New Zealand for photography sessions. Travel costs may apply for locations outside the greater Christchurch area. We'll provide a transparent quote including any travel expenses when you book.
We understand plans can change. Cancellations made more than 14 days before your session receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days may incur a fee. Please see our Return Policy for complete details.
Delivery times vary by package: Essential (10-14 business days), Premium (7-10 business days), and Deluxe (5-7 business days). We'll provide an estimated delivery date when you book your session.
